Join the South Dade Garden Club

Garden Club Membership

Thank you for your interest in the South Dade Garden Club. You’re welcome to join the oldest garden club in South Florida.

If you enjoy learning about plants, flowering trees, exotic fruit, herbs and spices, vegetables and other edible delights from the garden, join our venerable civic organization. You can have fun, interact with nice people, enjoy the programs and special events, while making a difference in our community.

Members have fun learning together, by sharing ideas and experiences while building life long friendships. Our lives are richer because we are participating in a caring and worthy community organization.

The South Dade Garden Club is a member of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc, a non-profit educational organization which has 15,000 members. FFGC is a member of National Garden Clubs, Inc with more than 200,000 members and is part of the Deep South Region. In additional, there are International Affiliates, making NGC the largest garden related volunteer organization in the world.

The South Dade Garden Club has a formal partnership agreement with the Fruit & Spice Park. We began meeting here at the corner of Redland Road and Coconut Palm Drive in 1944.
